We are a family of Christians striving to live in the freedom of the inerrant Word of God. We live with the blessing that “God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”(Romans 5:8, ESV). Not only have we been given the Bible as a basic road-map to follow for our lives, but also a personal connection with the Holy Spirit:
“Even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him. You know him, for he dwells with you and will be in you. …But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you.”(John 14:17, 26, ESV).
It is our prayer that we will continue to grow closer to Christ and be able to help our brothers and sisters along the way. We strive to come closer to the kind of faith that Jesus spoke of, when He said:
“Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes in me will also do the works that I do;and greater works than these will he do, because I am going to the Father.”(John 14:12, ESV).
We believe that the Church is the body of Christ and not just a building. Church is where we come to receive encouragement and enjoy fellowship in the Lord with people that feel like family. But we as a Church are active in each others lives throughout the week, not just on Sunday. Come join us in our journey with the Lord.
